How to Track Your Temu Orders

Step 1: Find Your Order Information

  • Check your email for the Temu order confirmation
  • Log into your Temu account and go to "My Orders"
  • Look for the order number (usually starts with "TE" or numbers)
  • Find the tracking number (provided once item ships)

Step 2: Track on Temu Website

  1. Go to temu.com
  2. Click on "Track Order" in the top menu
  3. Enter your order number or tracking number
  4. Click "Track" to see real-time updates
  5. View detailed shipping progress and estimated delivery

Step 3: Track on Temu App

  1. Open the Temu mobile app
  2. Go to "Profile" → "My Orders"
  3. Find your order and tap on it
  4. Tap "Track Package" to see live updates
  5. Enable push notifications for delivery updates

Understanding Tracking Status

Common Status Updates

Order Confirmed: Order received and being processed
Preparing for Shipment: Item being packaged
Shipped: Package has left the warehouse
In Transit: Package is on its way to you
Delivered: Package has been delivered

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days

Fast Shipping: 4-7 business days

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Tracking Issues? Here's What to Do

Tracking number not working: Wait 24-48 hours after shipment notification for tracking to activate.

No tracking updates: Package might be in customs or between shipping facilities. This is normal for international shipments.

Package marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors, building management, or contact Temu support immediately.

Stuck in transit: Contact Temu customer service if no updates for more than 7 days.
